  Apparently you should not call on Sundays because they don't do any scheduling on Sunday.
  It's fine to take appointments during normal business hours, but if you're going to be in the office, then don't answer the phone! Or at least say, my receptionist with the appointment book isn't here right now. What I got instead was, "you can call back during business hours to make your appointment."
